- 1 pot of crème fraîche
- 200 ml of white wine
- 1 sachet of grated cheese
- Herbs de provence

- 1 oxo cube

- 1 Pack of Bacon
- 1 bulb fennel (halved and sliced)
- 8 Cloves of Garlic (crushed) or less if you prefer.
- 1 onion finely (chopped)
- 1 stick of Celery (finely chopped)
- Pack of cherry tomatoes
- 1 bottle of Babycham (or sparkling wine, although Babycham is best.)
- 2 tsps Fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp fennel seeds

- 1 teaspoon garlic - can be fresh chopped or lazy garlic

- 1 litre of dry white wine (like riesling) or dry white table wine

Chicken & Yoghurt Fatteh

1. Melt the butter in a large pan and heat the chicken until it turns light brown
- 2 cups of rice
- 1 whole chicken (approx. 3lbs)
- 3 pitta breads (dried and broken into small pieces)

- 3 onions quartered
- 2 bay leaves

- 4 cups of plain yoghurt
- 6 crushed garlic cloves
- 3 tsp tahini
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt

- - 500g of white kidney beans
- - 1 kg lamb collar
