  • 500g pork shoulder
  • 1 tblsp liquid smoke
  • 1 tblsp paprika
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine paprika and brown sugar and rub over piece of pork. Place pork into a large roasting bag and then into an oven tin.

Step 2

Add liquid smoke and apple cider vinegar to bag then use a tie to close it. Cook at 110’C for 4 hours. Once cooked pull apart with 2 forks.
