- 3 tbsp flavourless oil
- 1 + ¼ cup (185g) plain flour
- ½ cup mixed dried fruit

- For the cross:
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- To Serve:
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Banana Choc Chip oven donuts

Preheat the oven to 325F
- 1 cup Mashed Ripe Banana (Roughly 2 small bananas)
- 1/2 cup Raw Cane Sugar
- 1/2 cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter (Melted)
- 2 Eggs (Room Temperature)
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Spelt White Flours (You can also use AP Flour)
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips (I used 1/2 dark chocolate chips and 1/2 milk chocolate chips)

- 295g self-raising flour
- 1 1/2 tp dry yeast
- 40g butter
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tp salt
- 1 egg
- 120ml lukewarm milk

Beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture appears pale yellow and thick

- 160g sugar
- 1 1/2 tp vanilla extract
- 390g self-raising flour
- 1/2 tp salt
- 3tp baking powder
- 1/2 tp ground nutmeg

- 40g melted butter

Dissolve the sugar in warm milk, blend in the yeast and leave for 15 minutes
- about ½ l (1 pint) warm milk
- 4 tsp sugar
- 80 g (3 oz) yeast
- 1 kg (2 lb) flour

- 100 g (3.5 oz) margarine, melted
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp rum

A moist, delicious, healthy, chewy, vanilla bean baked donut recipe with raspberry icing and topped with glitter!
- For the vanilla bean baked donuts:
- 95 g self-raising flour
- 60 g granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 15 g unsalted butter melted
- 1 medium free range egg
- 50 g plain Greek yoghurt (I used the low fat version)
- 20 ml milk (I used semi-skimmed)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
- For the raspberry icing:
- 5-7 (a toddlers handful) raspberries if using frozen use the larger amount, fresh the smaller amount
- 15 g seedless raspberry jam
- 15 ml milk (I used semi-skimmed)
- 110 g icing sugar (confectioners sugar)
- EDIBLE GLITTER to decorate!!
