  • for 4-5 pancakes:
  • 2 eggs
  • 140 gr plain flour
  • 220 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • for apples in syrup:
  • 3 apples
  • 35 gr unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

1. Mix together first 10 ingredients until smooth

  • 2/3 cup whole - wheat flour
  • 2/3 cup unbleached flour
  • 1/3 cup cornmeal
  • 1 Tbs. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. powdered ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 cups nonfat yogurt
  • 3/4 cup fat-free egg substitute
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 Tbs. apple sauce
  • 1 large apple, shredded
