Preparation

Step 1

Take 4 rashers of streaky bacon and sprinkle brown sugar over them evenly.

Step 2

Place in a pre-heated grill for 8 minutes, turning occasionally.

Step 3

Remove the now sweet and caremalised bacon from the tray, serve and enjoy!

Be sure not to add too much sugar or to spread it unevenly as this will cause lumps.
