Take your bread and cut a hole is the center, make it big enough for the egg to cook.

Toast the bread for about 1 minuet, you don't want to toast it to much because the bread cooks in the pan.

Put the toast in the pan, and crack the egg into the center of the toast.

Wait until the bottom of the egg is cooked, then flip everything over. Wait until its cooked then serve.

Season with salt and pepper, serve immediately.
