Lovely delicious chocolate pudding with the refreshing banana slices
- 85g butter
- 1 banana (chopped)
- 50g Dark chocolate (melted)
- 175g plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
- 150g dark brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- For the sauce:
- 100g butter
- 50g dark brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon black treacle
- 397g can condensed milk
- 50g dark chocolate (melted)
- 2 bananas (sliced)

1. Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4
- 225 g unsalted butter, at room temperature, plus extra for greasing
- 325 g plain flour
- 50 g cornflour
- 4½ tsp baking powder
- 400 g caster sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 medium eggs, separated and lightly beaten
- 300 ml whole milk
- gel food colouring, in red, yellow, orange, purple, blue and green
