Ingredients
- 4oz butter
- 2tbsp syrup
- 2dsp dark chocolate
- 1dsp caster sugar
- 1/2lb rich tea biscuits (less 4), crushed.
- 1cup sultanas
- 1 1/2oz chopped almonds
- Chocolate, to cover

Preparation
Step 1
Melt together butter, syrup and dark chocolate.
Step 2
Add in the sugar, biscuits, sultanas and almonds. Mix well.
Step 3
Press the mixture into a swiss roll tin, cover with melted chocolate, chill and cut into fingers
