Ingredients

  • 4oz butter
  • 2tbsp syrup
  • 2dsp dark chocolate
  • 1dsp caster sugar
  • 1/2lb rich tea biscuits (less 4), crushed.
  • 1cup sultanas
  • 1 1/2oz chopped almonds
  • Chocolate, to cover

Preparation

Step 1

Melt together butter, syrup and dark chocolate.

Step 2

Add in the sugar, biscuits, sultanas and almonds. Mix well.

Step 3

Press the mixture into a swiss roll tin, cover with melted chocolate, chill and cut into fingers
