This is a lovely, light and very tasty sponge cake
- 3 Eggs
- 8oz Caster Sugar
- 4oz Plain Flour
- 2 tbsp Cadbury's Bourneville Cocoa
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 4 fluid oz Milk
- 1oz Margarine
- Chocolate Butter Icing
- 3oz Butter - softened
- 8oz Icing Sugar - sifted
- 2 tbsp Cadbury's Bourneville Cocoa blended with 3 tbsp boiling water - cooled
- 1 packet Cadbury's Buttons

- 500g flour

- 200g sugar
- 250ml lukewarm milk
- 2 eggs
- 150g butter
- pinch of salt
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar

- BANANA CAKE:
- 100g butter
- 175g caster sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 lemon zest
- 400g overipe bananas, mashed
- 1tbsp lemon juice
- 300g flour
- 2.5tsp baking powder
- OPTIONAL: 4tbsp milk
- strawberry jam
- ICING:
- roll-out icing (yellow)
- CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
- 300ml double cream
- 200g milk chocolate, finely chopped
- 100g dark chocolate, finely chopped
- TOPPING:
- 3 x butter cream ingrediants (vanilla, strawberry and chocolate)
