- 500g minced beef,lamp, pork, turkey or quorn
- 1 onion
- 1/2 red pepper (optional)
- 6 button mushrooms (optional)
- 1 pack bread sauce mix
- 1 egg

Preparation
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and pepper
Step 2
Place minced meat with chopped onion & pepper in a bowl and mix together. Add the bread sauce mix (dry) and mix in well. Finally whisk the egg and add to the mix .
Step 3
Place the mix into a loaf tin and bake at 180c for 45 minutes
Step 4
Serve hot with rice or potatoes and your favourite veg, use as a main for a roast dinner or serve cold with salad
Use a baking sheet (greaseproof paper) in the loaf ti to prevent it sticking
