Ingredients

  • 50 gm Milk Powder
  • 2 1/2 cup Maida (Refined flour)
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 tsp milk cream
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3-4 grn cardamom
  • 1 cup Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Sift the flour and baking powder.
Grind sugar & cardamom to fine Powder.

Step 2

in another bowl Mix ghee n sugar well then add milk powder n milk cream mix well
now 1/2 cup milk and 1/2part maida mix well then add remaining milk n maida.
then baking powder to batter and stir in one direction for approx. 1 minute.

Step 3

Preheat oven about 150*c for 10min.
Pour the batter in to cake pan(greased wid ghee)
Now reduce the heat up to 130*c &
Place the pan in preheated Oven for 25 min.

now insert a knife or toothpick into cake and check if it comes out clean. If it does, then it is ready .
Cool it down then serve.

Step 4

Decorate it with Chocklates or fruit jam.
