  • 85g low-fat ginger biscuits
  • 200g tub cream cheese
  • 100g Grated Melted Cheese
  • 200g tub 0% fat Natural yogurt
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam
  • 100g strawberries sliced

Step 1

Put the biscuits in a food processor and blend into breadcrumbs . Divide between 4 glasses

Step 2

Beat the cream cheese, yogurt, sugar and spoon over the crumbs, adding the melted cheese as a layer on top

Step 3

Add jam in a bowl and strawberries. Divide the strawberries between the cheesecakes and serve.


Instead of adding melted cheese instantly, add grated cheese and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
