Real Cheese Strawberry cheesecake
Cheesecake traditionally made with actual added cheddar
- 85g low-fat ginger biscuits
- 200g tub cream cheese
- 100g Grated Melted Cheese
- 200g tub 0% fat Natural yogurt
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp strawberry jam
- 100g strawberries sliced

Put the biscuits in a food processor and blend into breadcrumbs . Divide between 4 glasses
Beat the cream cheese, yogurt, sugar and spoon over the crumbs, adding the melted cheese as a layer on top
Add jam in a bowl and strawberries. Divide the strawberries between the cheesecakes and serve.
Instead of adding melted cheese instantly, add grated cheese and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
