Ingredients
- 250g crushed ladyfingers
- 160g melted butter
- 400g fromage blanc or cream cheese
- 100g sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 3 eggs
- 300g of ice cream (flavour of your choice)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the butter + ladyfingers in a mixer and press into the bottom of your cake tin to make the cheesecake base. Place in the fridge.
Step 2
Mix the cream cheese, sugar, flour. Add eggs one by one, then the softened ice-cream.
Step 3
Pour over the hardened base. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 180 °. Eat warm with another scoop of ice cream :-)
