Magical Easy Cheesecake

  • 250g crushed ladyfingers
  • 160g melted butter
  • 400g fromage blanc or cream cheese
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 300g of ice cream (flavour of your choice)

Step 1

Mix the butter + ladyfingers in a mixer and press into the bottom of your cake tin to make the cheesecake base. Place in the fridge.

Step 2

Mix the cream cheese, sugar, flour. Add eggs one by one, then the softened ice-cream.

Step 3

Pour over the hardened base. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 180 °. Eat warm with another scoop of ice cream :-)
