Preheat oven to 180°C / gas mark 4.
Grease and line the blah-de-blah 20cm / 8" tin.

Step 2

Simple! Sift and mix everything together into a ball.

Step 3

Press into the prepared swiss roll tin with the back of a tablespoon. Prick evenly with a fork for a b-e-a-utiful pattern.

Cook for about 10-15 minutes or until pale golden-brown. Ensure cooked throughout else will be crumbly!

Step 5

Leave to cool and then cut into desired sizes and lay on a plate.
