Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C / gas mark 4.
Grease and line the blah-de-blah 20cm / 8" tin.
Step 2
Simple! Sift and mix everything together into a ball.
Step 3
Press into the prepared swiss roll tin with the back of a tablespoon. Prick evenly with a fork for a b-e-a-utiful pattern.
Step 4
Cook for about 10-15 minutes or until pale golden-brown. Ensure cooked throughout else will be crumbly!
Step 5
Leave to cool and then cut into desired sizes and lay on a plate.
Step 6
Bring to your friends of a similar age at the tea party, and watch their faces light up with joy as their smiles crease the smooth outer shell of their skin.
