easy dough balls
light fluffy dough balls in just a few minuets
- 375g stong bread flour
- 7g fast acting dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 mug hot water

add yeats to hot water along with salt and sugar, stir and let it rest for 5 minuets.
when yeast mixture has foamed up add to flour and mix untill smooth. then kneed for a further 5 minuets on a floured surface.
let the dough rise for a couple of minuets, and kneed a gain to let the air out. then cut into 16 (or more) slithers and roll into little balls
spray a baking tray with oil and turn oven on the gas mark 4, place your dugh balls on to tray and bak for 5 minuets
enjoy with home made garlic and parsley butter.
make sure the water is not boiling and you can put your finger in it and leave it ther for a few seconds.
