Ingredients

  • 200g stork margarine
  • 200g caster sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 200g self raising flour
  • 1 x tspoon baking powder
  • 3 x heaped table spoons coca
  • icing sugar
  • milk

Preparation

Step 1

mix stork and caster sugar together for ages

Step 2

whisk in 4 eggs

Step 3

add self raising flour, baking powder & 3 x heaped table spoons coca

Step 4

put in oven @ 180 degrees fir 15-30 ins (keep checking, could take up to an hour)

Step 5

for icing, small knob butter

Step 6

add 3 x heaped table spoons of coca

Step 7

microwave until butter melts (1 min)

Step 8

mix together until mixture thick

Step 9

add 3 table spoons of milk to make a paste

Step 10

add icing sugar (roughly 1/2 a box)
