Adorable Shortbread Biscuits Recipe
These shortbread biscuits make the perfect gift for a loved one, but careful they're almost too good to share!
- 25g Margarine
- 25g Butter
- 25g Caster Sugar
- 75g Plain Flour

Switch on oven and grease baking tray. Put a flan ring on to shape the dough.
Measure all ingredients into large mixing bowl.
Using your whole hand bring all the ingredients together until they bind to form a dough.
Turn the dough into the flan ring on the baking tray, flattening it until it fills the flan ring.
Remove the flan ring, neaten the edges of the shortbread and prick all over the fork to decorate it.
Bake until pale golden.
Cut into love-heart shaped and leave to cool.
Once cool decorate with pink and white icing.
You can shape the dough into a sausage, roll it in demerara sugar and slice to make 'Highlanders'
