Step 1
Mix the sugar, softened butter and flour in a large mixing bowl and combine well.
Step 2
Roll out onto a flat surface covered in flour. Use a rolling pin or wine bottle to flatten.
Step 3
Cut out shapes; circles, stars, Christmas trees, etc and bake in a shallow greased tin for 10 minutes.
