  • 750 ml of milk
  • 300 gr of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • a bit of butter for the frying pan
  • optionall:
  • 1 teaspoon of orange blossom

Preparation

Step 1

Put the flour in a large bowl, add the eggs and mix with a whisk.

Step 2

Gradually add the milk, without stopping to whisk.
If there's any lump in your batter, use a blender until it's smooth.

Step 3

When your batter is ready, butter your frying pan (don't use too much butter otherwise the crêpes will be too greasy), and pour some of your batter on it.
Tilt the pan with circular motion so that the batter coasts the surface evenly.
Cook until underside of crêpe is golden brown, then flip the crêpe to cook the other side.
