Salmon carpaccio Thai style

  • 2 or 3 fillets of fresh salmon
  • 1 bunch of fresh coriander
  • Soya sauce
  • lime
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • coarse salt
  • pepper
  • pink peppercorns or ginger or wasabi (depending on taste)

Step 1

Cut very thin slices of salmon in the fillets. Place them on a large platter. Lightly salt and pepper

Step 2

Prepare the marinade with the lemon juice , and a few tablespoons of soya sauce (according to taste) and a teaspoon of honey.

Step 3

Drizzle the marinade over the salmon and sprinkle gently the fresh coriander leaves over the dish. Wait at least half an hour before serving so that the salmon has absorbed all the flavours.
