Salmon in foil with black olive tapenade

- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 salmon steak
- 2 tablespoons black olive tapenade
- few capers
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- lemon

Preparation
Step 1
Pre Cook for few minutes in a pan the onion and peppers after slicing them into strips.
Step 2
Prepare the foil parcel by placing a bed of onion (the size of salmon) in the bottom and then a layer of peppers.
Step 3
Then spread the salmon steak with tapenade, then place it upside down on the peppers. Add the capers and lemon. Salt, pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil, then fold up the foil and bake in the oven.
