Preparation
Step 1
Drain the sardines over a bowl and keep the olive oil. Make up the amount with bottled olive oil in order to have 8 tablespoons of oil.
Step 2
Put all the ingredients in the bowl of your food processor and blend into a purée. Scrape regularly the sides of the mixer regularly while blending.
Step 3
Pour into a jar, smooth the surface and close. Store in the fridge.
