Potato salad with wild garlic

Cook the potatoes in their skin, either in boiling salted water or steamed
- 500 g of potatoes
- 50 g wild garlic, julienned (sliced into thin strips)
- 2 bunches of radishes, cut into wedges
- vinaigrette:
- 4 tbsp vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp oil

Mix all the ingredients together (except the chocolate) and mix well
- 1 plain yogurt
- 3 pots of flour
- 2 pots of sugar
- 1/2 pot of oil
- 1 sachet baking powder
- a few squares of chocolate or chocolate powder
