Preparation
Step 1
Choose your favourite apron to help Mum or Dad in the kitchen and wash and dry your hands very thoroughly.
Step 2
Choose 4 of the best eggs and sausages.
Step 3
Get an adult to help you cut the sausages vertically down the middle but no not cut the last 2CM of the sausage.
Step 4
Take one sausage and pull its two ends together so the sausage skin is facing inward (This should make a great loveheart shape)
Step 5
Pass your sausage lovehearts to your big person and get them to put them into a pan on medium heat with a little added oil! But not too much, too much isn't good for you ;)
Step 6
Next, with the help of your big person, get help to crack the egg into a cup.
Step 7
Hand your big kitchen partner the cup to pour the egg into the middle of the sausage loveheart.
Step 8
Reapeat with the other eggs.
Step 9
Cook on each side for approximately 3 mins, or more if needed, and depending on the power of your gas/electric stove.
Step 10
Help prepare the table with plates, forks and cups. Get Mum or Dad to heart your amazing loveheart sauage and egg breakfast!
If working with more than one kiddlywink, appoint a head chef who will direct all the sous-chefs in the kitchen.
