- 1 slice of bread
- 1 tspn olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Crack the egg open over a bowl and leave to sit
Step 2
turn on the hob at a medium high setting
Step 3
make a hole in the middle of your bead with the top of a glass or mug
Step 4
Add olive oil into the pan and begin to toast one side of the bread
Step 5
pour the egg into the pan in the middle of the hole and leave to cook
Step 6
after 5 minutes flip the bread and cook the other side
Step 7
Remove from the pan and serve straight away
Cook to your favoured level of cooked.. either well done (crispy) or medium (gooey)
