Ingredients
- 180g plain flour
- 180g self raising flour 180g margering melted
- 180g granulated sugat
- 40g cocoa powder
- 1 egg yolk

Preparation
Step 1
melt margerine in microwave
Step 2
mix plain flour, self raising flour, sugar and cocoa together
Step 3
add melted margerine to flour mixture while mixing add egg yolk
Step 4
place in 20cm by 10cm baking tray or there about pack mixture in tight
Step 5
sprinkle on top with extra granulaed sugar bake on 180 degrees for 20mins remove and allow to cool
finished product does become harder as it cools so it may not feel as hard as u expect when removing from oven
