- 8oz Margarine
- 8oz Sugar
- 12oz Flour
- 3oz Cocoa
- Vanilla essence

Step 1
Melt fat slowly. Add Essence. Mix in all dry ingredients.
Grease and flour a tin. Cook at 180 C
It is easier if you add cocoa then sugar then add flour a bit at a time
