  • 8oz Sugar
  • 12oz Flour
  • 3oz Cocoa
  • Vanilla essence

Step 1

Melt fat slowly. Add Essence. Mix in all dry ingredients.
Grease and flour a tin. Cook at 180 C

It is easier if you add cocoa then sugar then add flour a bit at a time
