- 8ozs Self Raising Flour (sifted)
- 3 Large Tablespoons of Marmalade (any type)

Pre heat oven to Gas 5.
Cream sugar and butter.
Beat in the eggs a little at a time.
Beat in the marmalade.
Fold in the self raising flour.
Line an 8" cake tin with parchment and fill with mixture.
Place in the centre of the oven for 50mins to 1 hour or until a skewer comes out clean.
When cold cover with glace icing.
