- Ingredients for the cake
- 3 Granny Smith apples
- 6 tbsp water
- 25g butter
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 100g caster sugar
- 100g light brown soft sugar
- Zest of 2 oranges
- Juice of 1 orange
- 75g orange marmalade
- 200g self-raising flour
- You will also need a greased loaf tin
- Ingredients for icing
- Juice of 1 orange
- 100g icing sugar

- 4ozs Butter
- 4ozs Caster Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 8ozs Self Raising Flour (sifted)
- 3 Large Tablespoons of Marmalade (any type)
