- 3 or 4 medium potatoes
- 1/2 -1lb minced beef
- 150g-200g mixed frozen vegetables
- 250ml gravy
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 50g Grated cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 200-230 celcius.
Peel and chop potatoes in to cubes, boil on a high heat unil soft about 10 minutes.
Step 2
While the potatoes are cooking brown the mince on high heat it only takes a few minutes, drain away the fat then return to cooker add the veg and on a medium heat cook for a minute. Meanwhile boil the kettle to make the gravy add 2tsp gravy powder to 250ml boiled water and mix then add to mince and cook for a few minutes.
Step 3
When the potatoes are cooked drain add the butter and mash. In a ovenproof dish add the mince,veg abd gravy to bottom of dish then put the mash potatoe on top spread out to cover dish .
Step 4
Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and cook in the oven on the middle shelf for 20 minutes until the cheese has gone brown.
Then serve.
You can use as much or as little butter or cheese that you want.
I find getting or ready grated cheese if you dont want to do it yourself is more handy.
