Ingredients
- 100g butter
- 100g caster sugar
- 2 x eggs
- 100g plain flour
- 1 x tspoon baking powder
- vanilla extract
- 150g icing sugar
- 3 table spoons of coca

Preparation
Step 1
Mix butter and caster sugar together.
Step 2
Add 2 eggs (whisk individually).
Step 3
Add plain flour and baking powder (fold into mixture).
Step 4
Add dash of vanilla.
Step 5
Fill cupcake cases 3/4 full
Step 6
Drop to get air out of mixture and put in oven for 20 mins (don't open before time is up!)
Step 7
For icing - add 150g butter and 150g icing sugar together, with a few drops of red food colouring.
Step 8
Decorate and serve!
