- 1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- elderberry and blackberry fruit jam

Step 1
Mix together cookie dough. Refrigerate.
Step 2

Roll out between parchment and cut two shapes per cookie, one with a hole. Place a spoonful of jam on lower cookie, top, then bake for 15 mins at 175 c.
