Ingredients

1 box Vanilla Cake Mix
1 1/2 cups Spiced Pumpkin Butter
1 egg
1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl combine the cake mix, pumpkin butter, and egg until no longer lumpy. Fold in the chocolate chips if desired. (batter will be sticky)

Use a small cookie scoop or two spoons to drop cookie dough by the teaspoonful onto a lightly greased, or silicon lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-13 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes on baking sheet before placing on cooling rack. Enjoy!
