Ingredients

  • 200g Self-raising flour
  • 200g Unsalted Butter
  • 200g Caster Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla flavoring/1 tsp vanilla extract/1 vanilla pod
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • your choice of frosting

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 180/ gas mark 4. line a cupcake tray with cases of your choice, and leave to one side.

Step 2

This is an all in one method. Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix together until combined.

Step 3

Put mixture in the cases, filling them about halfway. if their is any mixture left over save and make some more cupcakes later!

Step 4

Put in the oven and cook for 20 mins or until golden brown.

Step 5

When done put cupcakes on a cooling rack and leave to cool, this should not take long.

Step 6

Prepare any frosting's or toppings now. And when cupcakes are cool decorate with your choice.
