  • 1 bag of fresh egg spaghetti
  • 3 large sliced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp Mixed herbs
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 200g of cheese of your choice
  • Fresh basil to garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Cook spaghetti on hob until done. Lightly oil a cassarole dish, then add spaghetti to bottom (1 third of pack)

Step 2

Add a layer of tomatoes, then spices, then cheese.Used one third of each ingredient and repeat another two times.

Step 3

Cook for 30 minutes then garish with basil.
