Small fluffy pancakes with a delicious strawberry topping, perfect for a quik but extrodinary breakfast!

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 egg
  • (teaspoon bakingpowder)
  • buttter for frying
  • 1 handfull raspberries
  • greek yougurt

Preparation

Step 1

mash the bananas to a homegenious mass and mix eggs in, ( I fyou want the pancakes to be extra fluffy, add bakingpowder)

Step 2

warm up a frying pan with butter on and form small pancakes (dont make them too ig, and let them float out themself) when the pancakes are ready, flip them and give them same time on the other side...

Step 3

whip some greek yougurt with the rasberies.

Step 4

top the pancakes with the raspberry cream, you can add some honey if you want them sweeter... enjoy :-)
