  • 250g pre-made shortcrust pastry
  • 1 egg
  • 100ml Milk
  • 50g Grated Cheese
  • A selection of:
  • Tomato
  • Peppers
  • Onion
  • Bacon/Ham or Vegetarian Substitute
  • Mushroom
  • Etc.

Step 1

Roll out the pastry and use an appropriate sized cutter for the size of your pie casings/ tray

Step 2

Prep your ingredients and place into the quiche bases

Step 3

Mix together the egg and milk in a small bowl/jug then pour onto of the other ingredients

Step 4

Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown

Step 5

Remove carefully with a knife and leave on a cooling rack for 10 minutes
