- 50-75g Flavouring Ingredients e.g. Cheese, Dried Fruit, Chocolate Chips

Preparation
Step 1
Cut up the margarine/butter into small pieces in a mixing bowl
Step 2
Add the flour and use your fingertips to mix together until the mixture is akin to breadcrumbs
Step 3
Add the flavouring and mix in
Step 4
Add the milk and mix with a knife until a ball of dough is formed
Step 5
Flour a clean surface and roll out the dough until it is 1.5-2cm thick
Step 6
Use a round cutter to cut the dough into 12-14 servings
Step 7
Place on greased basking tray and cook on 180c for roughly 15 minutes or until golden brown
Step 8
Place on a cooling rack for approximately ten minutes
Step 9
