Pork and Sweet Potato Korma
Leftover sunday roast pork with sweet potato in a creamy korma sauce. chop finely 1 onion and fry until golden, add chopped pork leftovers and 2 peeled and chopped sweet potatoes. Add half a jar of korma paste and 200ml water and cover pan to simmer for 20 minutes (or until sweet potato is tender) add 100ml of single cream and serve with warmed rotis.
