Turkey Korma

Ingredients
- Clove garlic, chopped
- Small onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons skimmed milk
- 2 teaspoons margarine
- 1 teaspoon korma powder
- 1 tablespoon ground almonds
- 50g 1/2 fat creme fraiche
- Salt and pepper
- 200g skinless turkey breast cut into strips

Preparation
Step 1
Put garlic, onion and milk into a food processor to make a paste
Step 2
Melt margarine, fry the turkey and remove
Step 3
Add onion paste to pan, cook until softened
Step 4
Return turkey to the pan
Add curry powder and almonds
Step 5
Season to taste and cook for 5 minutes
Step 6
Add the creme fraiche and heat through
Ready to serve
Serve with pilau rice, poppadoms and naan
