Plum Muffins

acidulous, moist, juicy muffins. not very sweet. but very easy to do.

- - 250 g butter (melted and cooled)
- - 150 g sugar
- - pinch of salt
- - 2 eggs
- - 350 g flour
- - 2 tsp baking powder
- - 1 glass of buttermilk
- - 800 g plums

Preparation
Step 1
preheat the oven to 200*C.
Step 2
wash and cut plums them into quarters.
Step 3
mix "dry ingredients" (flour, sugar, salt baking powder) and "wet ones" (butter, eggs and buttermilk) separately and thoroughly.
Step 4
add "wet ingredients" into "dry ones" and mix them.
Step 5
finally, add plums and work them in the mixture.
Step 6
spoon 1/3 of each muffin form with dough.
Step 7
bake muffins for 25-30 min
don't work "wet ingredients" into "dry ones" too long, even if the mixture has clumps, because muffins will hard.
