  • 4oz Sugar
  • 4oz Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Icing Sugar
  • Hundreds and Thousands or Chocolate Sprinkles

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Briefly whisk two eggs in a small bowl.

Add half the flour to the butter and sugar mix.

Pour in half the eggs.

Whisk well until fluffy.

Add the rest of the flour and the rest of the eggs.

Whisk well until fluffy.

Add in some chocolate chips if desired.

Transfer to patty cases and bake until golden.

While baking make icing using icing sugar and water and when cool, spoon on icing to cakes and sprinkle or decorate to taste.
