  • 140g of sugar
  • 250g ripe bananas
  • 250g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 2 pinches of salt

Step 1

In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork into a purée. Add the sugar and beaten eggs, milk, oil, flour, baking powder and salt. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Step 2

Pour the mixture into a loaf tin, previously buttered and floured. Bake 40 minutes and leave to cool before unmoulding.
