Meggs, Beans and Squishtato Waffles

Ingredients

500g flour
250g sugar
4 eggs
100g melted butter
140ml of water mixed with milk
1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

-Heat the waffle maker.
-To prepare the waffle batter, mix in a bowl the flour, sugar, eggs and melted butter. Gradually mix in the water mixed with milk, stirring constantly until you get a thick batter.
Drop a big tablespoonful of batter onto the hot plates of the waffle maker, close it and cook a few minutes. sprinkle with icing sugar. -Serve warm.
