  • 150g butter
  • 100ml water
  • 3 eggs
  • 400g self-raising flour
  • 100g cocoa powder
  • 200g sugar
  • 1 1/2 tp baking pwder
  • 1 1/2 tp baking soda

Step 1

Add in self-raising flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder and sugar together.

Step 2

Add in eggs and water and mix. Mix until smooth and shiny.

Step 3

Add butter and stir well. Stir until creamy texture is formed.

Step 4

Grease the pan with butter. Preheat oven to 180oC.

Step 5

Bake for 1 hour.

Step 6

Pour melted chocolate on top of the cake.

Add some fresh milk and butter to the melted chocolate while cooking.
