Preparation

Step 1

melt all the different chocolates over a pan of boiling water.. seperatly

Step 2

carefully pour the chocolate on to a tray, pour all the chocolates on the same tray.
marble the chocolate with a knife or spoon and leave to set

Step 3

once set pull the slab out of the tray and scrape a sharp knife along the slab.

Step 4

keep doing this and you will see nice looking curls forming
