Preparation
Step 1
Cut the salted butter into small squares, and work with your fingertips by gradually adding the sugar, flour, and the cocoa. Make a smooth, evenly mixed ball.
Step 2
Butter a square tin, spread out the dough evenly and smooth, place in the oven (preheated to 150 ° C) for 50 minutes. Then leave to cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares or rectangles (like brownies).
Step 3
Wait until the shortbread is just warm or cold before serving.
