  • 50 cl of single cream
  • 700g strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

Cut 500 g of strawberries and leave 200g for decoration

Step 2

Blend the strawberries then add the single cream

Step 3

Beat the egg whites until stiff

Step 4

Fold the egg whites into the strawberry mixture.

Step 5

Garnish with strawberries and put in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving
