- Gnocchi
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 pound potatoes, peeled and cut into small one inch pieces (Bakers or Yukon are best)
- 1 cup all purpose flour, divided ( about 4 1/2 ounces)
- 1/2 cup hazelnut meal, non roasted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 gallon water (for boiling)
- *Makes about 80 gnocchi
- Glaze
- *This is a recipe for one portion, you need to prepare as much glaze as you plan to serve portions.
- 1 Tablespoons butter
