Tomato and Smoked sausage pasta

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 stick of cellary
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pepper (red)
  • half a dozen tomatos
  • Pasata
  • Tomato puree
  • le inperins
  • Stock cube
  • water
  • 500g any type of pasta
  • Smoked sausage
  • choritzo
  • (chicken is an added extra)

Step 1

Chop all vegtables fiinely and add to a pan with oil in it. Add in pasata, tomato puree, stock cube, le inperins and water. Bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Whilst waiting on the sauce cook pasta and heat up sausage. Fry choritzo for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Once sauce is ready pour over pasta and add sausages. Serve straight away.
