Tomato and Smoked sausage pasta
Ingredients
- FOR TOMATO SAUCE
- 1 carrot
- 1 stick of cellary
- 1 onion
- 1 pepper (red)
- half a dozen tomatos
- Pasata
- Tomato puree
- le inperins
- Stock cube
- water
- FOR PASTA
- 500g any type of pasta
- Smoked sausage
- choritzo
- (chicken is an added extra)

Preparation
Step 1
Chop all vegtables fiinely and add to a pan with oil in it. Add in pasata, tomato puree, stock cube, le inperins and water. Bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Whilst waiting on the sauce cook pasta and heat up sausage. Fry choritzo for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Once sauce is ready pour over pasta and add sausages. Serve straight away.
